Terms and Conditions

Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services for your personal or business purposes.
This license is subject to compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with our software and services are the property of Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd.
You acknowledge that you have no rights or claims to our intellectual property.

Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate your license at any time if you breach any terms of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease using our software and services and destroy any copies in your possession.

You are expressly prohibited from:

a) Distributing the software or any of its components.
b) Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the software for distribution or selling purposes.
c) Using more than one production instance and one development instance.
d) Utilizing the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You get one production domain license and one development domain license. Also, you get 1 month of free issue support on the code part done by Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. After which, you will need to go on a paid support plan.

As an IT Development and Service provider company operating in India, Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. is committed to strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to utilize our software and services in conformity with the laws of India.

Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software and services.

We provide no guarantee as to the accuracy or reliability of our software, nor do we warrant any results obtained from its use.

This license agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

By employing our software and services, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to the terms and conditions elucidated in this license agreement.
